Job description
The Business Development Lead role is a senior, market-facing position responsible for driving growth for a global consultancy across the Middle East region. The role owns regional business development strategy and execution, focusing on building and converting pipeline, expanding the firm’s footprint, and positioning the organization as a trusted advisor to enterprise and government clients. Operating in a senior, autonomous capacity, the role involves originating, shaping, and closing complex, high-value consulting engagements, managing C-level and board-level client relationships, and collaborating closely with consulting delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to develop compelling propositions. The position also represents the firm at industry events, contributes regional market insights to inform go-to-market strategy, and supports long-term growth planning across priority sectors in the Middle East.

- Lead and execute the business development strategy across the Middle East region
- Build, manage, and expand relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders across key accounts

Experience & skills
- Demonstrate proven experience leading business development for a consultancy or professional services firm in the Middle East
- Exhibit a strong track record of winning and closing complex, high-value consulting engagements
- Maintain an established regional network across enterprise and government clients
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and credibility at board and C-suite level
- Show ability to operate autonomously in a senior role with regional responsibility
