The Senior Specialist ā Retail Wealth Products role at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) operates within the Retail Banking Group (RBG), which supports retail and micro-business customers by providing expert financial advice and a full suite of specialist products and services including conventional banking and Shariāah compliant banking solutions. The position focuses on supporting the development, enhancement, and performance monitoring of wealth products and investment products offered to retail customers. The role contributes to the design, enhancement, and implementation of retail wealth products while ensuring alignment with evolving market trends, customer financial needs, and regulatory compliance requirements applicable to banking and investment services in the UAE. The position includes monitoring product performance by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting data analysis, and preparing performance reports that support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement in product offerings. The specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining customer communication materials including product collaterals, term sheets, and campaign documentation to support customer engagement and acquisition initiatives. Market research and competitor benchmarking are performed to identify opportunities for product innovation, differentiation, and improved competitiveness within the retail banking wealth management market. The role requires ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance standards and internal risk policies through participation in audits, maintenance of documentation, and support of process updates. The position also supports digital banking initiatives by assisting with the implementation of digital tools and system enhancements designed to improve product delivery, operational efficiency, and the overall customer experience. Responsibilities also include adhering to organisational policies, processes, systems, and standard operating procedures while maintaining high standards of service delivery to internal stakeholders and external banking customers. The role requires strong data analysis and reporting capabilities as well as proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office tools including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint to support reporting, documentation, and product management activities within the retail banking wealth product portfolio.

- Assist in the design, enhancement, and implementation of retail wealth products and investment products within the Retail Banking Group while ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, regulatory compliance requirements, and banking product development standards
- Track and analyze product performance by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting detailed data analysis, and preparing regular performance reports to support product optimization, strategic decision-making, and continuous improvement of retail wealth products
- Develop and maintain product documentation including product collaterals, term sheets, and campaign materials used for customer communication, marketing initiatives, and customer acquisition activities across retail banking channels
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking within the retail banking and wealth management sector to identify emerging market opportunities, competitive positioning strategies, and potential areas for product innovation and differentiation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal risk policies by supporting audit processes, maintaining documentation, and assisting with process updates related to regulatory compliance and banking governance standards
- Support the implementation of digital banking tools and system enhancements that improve wealth product delivery, customer engagement, operational efficiency, and the overall digital banking customer experience
- Adhere to organisational policies, departmental processes, standard operating procedures, and banking systems to ensure work is performed consistently, accurately, and in accordance with required service standards
- Demonstrate high levels of customer service by applying ADCB service standards in all customer interactions and supporting internal and external stakeholders with accurate product information and service delivery
Experience & skills
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience working within a banking or financial institution environment with exposure to retail banking products, wealth products, or investment products
- Obtain a Bachelorās Degree in Finance, Business, or Economics from a recognized academic institution as the core educational qualification for the role
- Hold or pursue a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification which is considered preferable for roles involving investment products and wealth management product development
- Demonstrate experience supporting product development, product performance monitoring, and product management activities related to retail wealth or investment products
- Possess knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements, internal risk policies, and audit documentation processes applicable to banking and financial services environments
- Demonstrate capability in conducting market research and competitor benchmarking to support product strategy and innovation within retail banking wealth products
- Possess strong data analysis and reporting capabilities used for tracking product performance, preparing analytical reports, and supporting decision-making processes
- Maintain advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint for financial analysis, reporting, documentation, and presentation of product performance insights
