Job description
The Members Cycle Inspection Lead Specialist, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is responsible for managing the full inspection lifecycle for members, including planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up. The role emphasizes the development and implementation of annual inspection plans using a Risk-Based Approach and involves evaluating member compliance with relevant rules and procedures. Responsibilities include identifying compliance gaps and emerging risks, developing inspection methodologies, ensuring proper documentation and regulatory alignment, and monitoring the implementation of corrective actions. The specialist will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support effective inspections and provide subject matter expertise. Contributions to regulatory reforms and rule enhancements are expected based on inspection insights. The role requires at least 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, audit, inspection, or risk management within financial markets, along with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Law. A Master's degree and professional certifications are preferred.

- Ensure timely preparation of comprehensive inspection reports with clear findings and recommendations
- Develop and implement the annual inspection plan using a Risk-Based Approach
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end inspection cycle from pre-inspection analysis to reporting and follow-up
- Identify compliance gaps, risks, and oversee existing controls and preventive actions
- Develop and maintain inspection methodologies and frameworks aligned with regulatory updates
- Evaluate members’ compliance with related rules and procedures
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support inspection outcomes
- Monitor implementation of corrective actions by members and escalate unresolved issues
- Provide subject matter expertise for inspection-related inquiries
- Contribute to policy development, regulatory reforms, and rule enhancements through inspection insights
- Ensure documentation and records are maintained per internal and regulatory standards
- Carry out daily departmental operations in compliance with company standards
- Prepare timely and accurate department reports as required
- Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction in a courteous and timely manner
- Follow relevant policies and procedures to maintain consistency in work execution
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and productivity
- Promote adherence to policies and procedures among employees
- Maintain respectful relationships with colleagues and represent the company positively
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Law or similar
- Preferably hold a Master's degree
- Possess 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, audit, inspection, or risk management, preferably in financial markets
- Demonstrate proactivity and effective communication skills
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities
- Have high attention to detail and collaborative abilities
- Display competencies in analytical thinking, risk-taking, and customer focus
