Job description
The Partnerships Manager β Loyalty and Rewards SaaS role at Redeemly, a subsidiary of LikeCard, is responsible for driving strategic growth through the identification, development, and execution of partnerships across Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region. Redeemly operates as a Saudi-based SaaS company delivering loyalty and rewards solutions through products such as LuckyCode, Vouchers, and Gift, which enable businesses to acquire, retain, and reward customers via digital engagement platforms. The role focuses on building partnerships across sectors including Retail, Entertainment, FMCG, and F&B, supporting end-to-end partner onboarding and ensuring seamless integration with internal teams. The position includes preparing and presenting partnership proposals, decks, and tailored business pitches, maintaining accurate CRM records and partnership pipelines, collaborating with marketing teams on co-branded campaigns and joint initiatives, and monitoring partner performance and satisfaction to ensure long-term partnership success. The role operates on-site in Riyadh within a fast-growing Saudi technology and e-commerce ecosystem.

Key responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close strategic partnerships across Retail, Entertainment, FMCG, and F&B sectors
- Support partner onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration and effective collaboration with internal teams
- Create, prepare, and present partnership proposals, decks, and tailored business pitches to prospective partners
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage partnership pipelines using CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute co-branded campaigns and joint partnership initiatives
- Monitor partner performance and partner satisfaction to drive long-term partnership success and retention
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related academic discipline
- Demonstrate 3β5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or client relations roles
- Possess proficiency in CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or similar platforms, along with Microsoft Office
- Be fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
- Have experience within SaaS, loyalty programs, or the broader technology ecosystem, which is considered an advantage
