Key responsibilities

• Lead the development, global best practice benchmarking and production of facility management procedures, standards, scope of works, and specifications for hard and soft services
• Engage and maintain close working relationships with the client to optimize O&M best practices
• Support implementation of O&M elements such as post maintenance testing, system-engineering programmes, equipment/tool control, and configuration management
• Develop standardized grounds, landscaping, seasonal planning, and customer service templates
• Support emergency management processes including preparedness, drills, and action plans
• Develop processes for space, energy, and cleaning management
• Oversee procurement processes for goods and services in support of O&M
• Develop, review, and amend procedures and processes for health and safety, environmental, waste management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement
• Establish detailed SoW and specifications for community services aligned with international best practices
• Review, consolidate, and optimize SoW of community services contracts with international standards and the local market
• Provide tendering documents specific to client facilities including FM strategy, design, and operating procedures
