Job description
AstroLabs is hiring a Client Relations Associate - HR, PRO, GRO to support high-growth companies entering the Saudi market. Based in Riyadh, youâll manage post-business setup services including government relations, client operations, and service enhancements. Your role spans from onboarding to offboarding clients, ensuring top-notch support and a seamless experience through strong communication and operational execution. Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with government entities (e.g., MISA, MC, MOFA, Chamber of Commerce) online and in person to deliver post-business setup services
- Execute post-business setup services including license renewals, work permits, iqamas, visas, sponsorship transfers, Saudization, payroll, and insurance assistance
- Maintain internal systems and CRM to accurately capture and track client data
- Proactively address client needs and concerns while enhancing satisfaction and retention
- Own the client journey from onboarding to offboarding with consistent updates and feedback loops
- Collaborate with management to escalate and resolve client and operational issues
- Promote additional services through upselling and cross-selling
- Contribute to product development by improving current offerings and proposing new services
- Maintain high standards in client communication and represent AstroLabsâ brand values
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal processes across all operations
Experience & skills
- Previous experience in client operations or customer service roles in Saudi Arabia
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Experience using CRM systems
- Knowledge of government processes and portals related to business setup and HR in KSA
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Track record of working in KPI-driven environments
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and customer orientation
- Ability to travel locally and liaise with government departments as needed
