Job description
Increase the Talent and Leadership bench strength in DP World by creating and implementing impactful Talent and Leadership development programmes and practices aligned with DP Worldâs mission, vision and Principles. Focusing on key talent pools in different areas of the business, the role will require close liaison with Senior Business Unit Management and People Department teams across the world to contextualize Talent Management Practices and inspire behavioural change.

Key responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to review current talent and leadership capability at different levels
- Create strategic plans to enhance capability using development methodologies, tools and solutions
- Ensure impact of talent and leadership development solutions is linked to measurable business goals
- Create innovative frameworks and programmes for global workforce incorporating digital learning
- Develop evaluation strategies for targeted knowledge and skills
- Build toolkits and curate resources for leaders
- Manage and track implementation of development practices and solutions
- Facilitate development solutions and provide coaching to leaders at all levels
- Evaluate impact of solutions, create metrics and dashboards, and share insights with People Departments
- Partner with HRBPs to foster a culture of growth and ownership in development
- Support talent management activities including People Reviews, Calibration Meetings, and Individual Development Plans
- Maintain database of talent information and provide regular reporting and reviews
- Identify talent pipeline issues at different levels
Experience & skills
- Proven track record of managing and delivering talent development programmes for leaders
- Commercial acumen and understanding of business processes
- Ability to deliver and facilitate training and learning interventions
- Experience working in multicultural environments
- Highly developed interpersonal, influence, negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to travel for extended periods at short notice
- Assessment and coaching qualification
- Bachelorâs in HR, Business or equivalent; Masterâs preferred
- Large-scale organizational experience
- Experience managing a full range of leadership and talent development activities
- Multilingual communication ability highly beneficial
