Job description

Research & Program Coordinator role within a UX research and product organization in Saudi Arabia focused on supporting UX Researchers, Product Managers, Product Designers, UX Writers, and Marketing teams by coordinating and operationalizing research activities. The role is responsible for recruiting users and merchants from both internal and external sources for qualitative and quantitative research studies conducted remotely and in-person. It involves organizing and facilitating research sessions, managing user panels for rapid testing, and conducting quick user interviews to gather insights and share findings with product teams. The coordinator evaluates and manages research tools such as QuestionPro, Ethnio, and Lyssna to support research execution and efficiency. Additionally, the role includes building and maintaining research operational frameworks, policies, templates, and knowledge-sharing systems. The position also supports the planning and execution of research events, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities. A key part of the role includes improving research workflows, integrating AI-based tools and solutions to optimize research operations, and ensuring adherence to strict ethical standards and data privacy regulations when handling user data across cross-country contexts. The role requires strong coordination, multitasking, and end-to-end ownership of research programs while continuously improving processes based on feedback and evolving business needs.
