Job description
Deloitte is seeking a highly experienced AI Architect at Senior Manager level to lead the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions for clients. This client-facing leadership role combines deep technical expertise in AI with strategic advisory responsibilities, enabling the architecting of enterprise-grade AI systems that deliver measurable business value. The role involves shaping enterprise AI transformation journeys, defining scalable architectures, ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory frameworks, and mentoring multidisciplinary teams.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor on emerging AI trends including generative AI, agentic AI, decision intelligence, industrial AI, and digital twins
- Define enterprise-scale AI architectures including LLM-based solutions, MLOps, agent orchestration, data pipelines, and integration with platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow
- Establish best practices in trust, risk, governance, and compliance ensuring adherence to frameworks like GDPR, PDPL, and NDMO
- Provide architectural leadership across AI infrastructure including GCP, AWS, and Azure
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex AI programs from proof of concept through production scaling
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and consulting teams to ensure scalability, security, and performance
- Drive industrialization of AI assets into reusable accelerators and IP
- Mentor and develop AI architects, engineers, and consultants
- Contribute to growth of AI consulting practice via offerings, proposals, and thought leadership
- Represent Deloitte at industry forums, conferences, and client workshops as a thought leader in AI architecture
Experience & skills
- 12+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture roles
- Proven experience in consulting or advisory within Big 4, top-tier consulting, or global systems integrator
- Strong technical foundation in LLMs, generative AI, agent-based systems, MLOps, and cloud-native AI
- Expertise in enterprise application ecosystems such as ERP, CRM, HRM platforms
- Strong knowledge of AI security, governance, and compliance frameworks
- Proven track record leading large-scale AI programs and cross-functional teams
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate complex AI concepts into executive-level value
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, AI or related field preferred
- Willingness to travel 50–75% across GCC
- Arabic language, professional certifications, and publications in AI topics are a plus
