The Technician – Engineering (Hospitality Facilities & Marina Systems) role at Zabeel House The Greens by Jumeirah is responsible for controlling, maintaining, and ensuring the correct operation of a wide range of technical and engineering systems within a luxury hospitality and marina environment. The position covers sewage and water systems, electrical power systems, buildings, roads, pontoons, pedestals, lighting systems, pump-out systems, access gates, fire protection systems, and all related equipment. The role ensures the proper functioning of forced circulation of seawater systems, sanitary facilities, substations, pump stations, sewage cleaners, water tanks, parking areas, coastlines, piers, mounting systems, and prefabricated facilities. Responsibilities also include organizing the disposal of dangerous waste through authorized companies, coordinating external maintenance services for marina infrastructure beyond in-house capabilities, supporting the marina manager in preparing technical department maintenance budgets, checking all marina safety equipment and systems, and archiving all project and technical documentation required for investment and maintenance purposes.
