Job description
The Advisor – Global Solutions role at The First Group in Dubai supports global property investment operations by managing client onboarding and documentation processes across upscale hotel, residential, and serviced apartment investment products. The role is responsible for collecting, verifying, processing, and tracking client documentation in compliance with company procedures, timelines, and regulatory requirements. The position requires accurate entry of client data into CRM systems while maintaining strict data integrity and confidentiality standards. The advisor serves as a key point of contact for clients throughout the documentation lifecycle, providing updates, requesting additional information, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues related to document processing. The role also provides administrative and operational support to sales teams, performs regular quality checks on processed documentation, identifies process improvement opportunities, and collaborates closely with sales and operations teams to streamline workflows and enhance client satisfaction within a high-volume, international real estate investment environment.

Key responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding new clients by collecting and processing all required documentation in a timely manner
- Manage and process client documents accurately in accordance with established procedures and timelines
- Verify the accuracy, completeness, and validity of client documentation through detailed checks
- Enter and maintain client information and documentation in the CRM system with full data integrity and confidentiality
- Track document progress throughout the processing workflow and provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other channels to request information, clarify details, and provide status updates
- Address and resolve client inquiries and issues related to document processing, escalating complex matters when required
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team as needed
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal company policies governing documentation and client interactions
- Conduct regular quality checks on processed documents to identify errors or discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in document processing and sales support activities
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to coordinate documentation workflows and resolve processing issues
