Job description
Check Point is seeking a Field Marketing Manager in Dubai to lead regional marketing initiatives focused on enterprise customers and system integrators within the cybersecurity industry. This high-impact role includes team leadership, partner collaboration, and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive pipeline growth. The role requires strong organizational skills, fluency in English (with Arabic and Turkish as a plus), and the ability to localize global campaigns to suit the MENA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for budget management, events, digital marketing execution, lead conversion analysis, and ensuring alignment between sales and marketing strategies in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

- Lead and inspire a regional marketing team to drive impactful outcomes.
- Efficiently manage local marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Collaborate with system integrators and strategic partners to execute joint marketing activities.
- Plan and execute events such as seminars, webinars, and localized advertising campaigns.
- Oversee online campaigns and social media activities aligned with brand goals.
- Support the sales team by monitoring lead quality, conversion rates, and aligning campaigns to pipeline goals.
- Customize and localize global campaigns to ensure cultural relevance and market fit.
- Track and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness and provide performance insights.
Experience & skills
- 5ā7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the tech or cybersecurity industry.
- Proven track record in field and channel marketing.
- Experience leading teams and managing marketing projects across functions.
- Strong organizational and event planning skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic and Turkish are advantageous.
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% for events and partner meetings.
