Job description
Lean Technologies is scaling rapidly across the Middle East, with 130+ employees, and is hiring a People Partner to help shape its organizational growth. The role will be based in Riyadh (or Dubai) and will support senior leaders across business and tech, ensuring org design, performance management, and leadership frameworks are aligned to growth. This is a senior HR presence role in Leanās largest office, directly influencing decision-making, culture, and people strategy. You will own key People frameworks, support high-trust issues, and ensure engagement, growth, and performance remain strong in a high-growth fintech environment.

Key responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner to department heads across business and tech.
- Design organizational structures, team models, and job architecture.
- Lead manager enablement programs with toolkits, training, and resources.
- Support end-to-end performance cycles, including calibration and execution.
- Drive promotion processes, growth planning, and succession strategies.
- Advise on employee relations cases, terminations, and policy interpretation.
- Execute engagement surveys and ensure manager-level action follow-up.
- Identify people-related risks and propose data-informed solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to build scalable, repeatable People frameworks.
Experience & skills
- 5+ years of experience as a People Partner or HR Business Partner.
- Track record in organizational design, performance management, and leadership support.
- Experience coaching and influencing senior managers with credibility.
- Analytical mindset with ability to use data to shape HR strategies.
- Excellent communication, structured and tactful.
- Comfortable working in hybrid and distributed teams across markets.
- Experience in tech or high-growth startups preferred.
- Exposure to UAE and/or KSA labor laws and employment practices.
- Experience building frameworks/programs from scratch (L&D, engagement, growth mapping).
- Strong judgment in handling sensitive and complex People issues.
