Job description
Commission-only client manager role focused on Dubaiās Downtown, Business Bay, Dubai Creek, and Mohammed Bin Rashid (MBR) areas in the secondary market. The position advises and guides clients on real estate investments, identifies and cultivates leads via networking, referrals, and market research, conducts property viewings, manages negotiations to close sales transactions, and builds long-term relationships with buyers and sellers. Duties include generating and following up on leads, promptly addressing inquiries, collaborating with the internal sales team on hot stock or hot buyers to reinforce the internal marketplace, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and transactions in the CRM system, and staying informed on current market trends and property values to provide insightful client advice. Experience & skills
- Previous experience in real estate brokerage or sales preferred; experienced sales professionals from other industries also considered
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strong sales-driven attitude
- Proactive, confident, and motivated approach to drive results and represent the company professionally
- A valid driverās license
- Proficiency with CRM systems and real estate software tools
