Job description
The Telesales Executive at Cigna Healthcare in Dubai is responsible for delivering basic technical, administrative, and operational sales tasks within a regulated healthcare insurance environment, reporting to the Telesales Manager and supporting international markets. The role involves handling inbound customer queries from web-based customers, generating outbound sales calls from leads generated via website channels, and managing the sales process to ensure accurate, efficient, and smooth customer journeys. The position includes responding to enquiries related to eligibility, plan benefit coverage, policy terms and conditions, achieving first-call resolution, and meeting pre-determined sales targets while maintaining productivity and quality standards. The role requires using computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, troubleshooting, and maintaining accurate customer records and files. The Telesales Executive is expected to adhere to regulatory targets within territorial limits, sell with integrity, treat customers fairly, and collaborate with internal colleagues including client management teams and medical team staff to resolve customer issues. Additional responsibilities include supporting less experienced team members, identifying process improvements, performing telemarketing duties under close supervision, and executing ad hoc tasks as required. The role requires experience in telemarketing insurance sales, inbound and outbound sales processes, regulatory awareness, and system navigation skills. The position offers eligibility for sales incentive compensation and requires the ability to work within a highly regulated environment while supporting Cigna Healthcareās mission to guide customers through the healthcare system and improve health outcomes.

Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer enquiries from web-based customers related to eligibility, plan benefit coverage, policy terms and conditions while striving for first call resolution
- Generate sales through outbound calls to leads generated via website channels and manage the end-to-end telemarketing sales process
- Achieve pre-determined sales targets, productivity metrics, and quality standards while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements
- Use computerized systems for tracking, troubleshooting, information gathering, and maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams including client management and medical staff to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth sales processes
- Support team objectives by assisting less experienced team members and participating in achieving overall team targets
- Identify process improvement opportunities and provide recommendations to the Team Leader
- Perform ad hoc tasks, maintain regulatory compliance, and ensure customers are treated fairly while selling with integrity
Experience & skills
- 1ā2 years of experience in health industry, insurance, telemarketing, inbound sales, or outbound sales environments
- Proven track record in telemarketing insurance sales inbound and outbound preferably within advised sales process
- Strong customer focus with ability to identify and resolve customer issues
- Basic system navigation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Good keyboard skills and ability to maintain accurate customer records
- Understanding of regulatory requirements within highly regulated sales environments
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage workflow in a target-driven environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to collaborate in team environments
