The Senior Technical Consultant will serve as a Salesforce thought leader responsible for delivering high-quality enterprise solutions across desktop, cloud, and mobile environments. This role focuses on technical architecture, integration, and the implementation of Salesforce and related technologies to meet complex customer requirements. The consultant will lead solution design, application development, and risk management while mentoring junior team members and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position requires expertise in enterprise architecture, integration technologies, and project delivery methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. As part of a client-facing consulting team, the Senior Technical Consultant will develop best-practice-based solutions, troubleshoot implementation issues, and contribute to practice growth through thought leadership and internal initiatives. This position combines deep technical knowledge with strategic communication and client relationship management.
