You will drive growth by delivering innovative, scalable, and compliant financial products, leading the international expansion of the product portfolio and ensuring successful localization, regulatory alignment, and competitive differentiation across all e& operating companies and global markets. You will support the end-to-end product strategy across e& money consumer and merchant offerings, ensuring alignment with group-level priorities, and execute the strategy of the Group Fintech Center of Excellence from a payments product perspective. You are responsible for leading product-aligned squads across App, CVM, Payments, and Embedded Finance to deliver modular, scalable, and high-performing products, championing a fintech-as-a-service product model by developing APIs, SDKs, and embedded capabilities. Your responsibilities include leading the international rollout of e& money products, partnering with OpCo leadership to adapt product design, pricing, and go-to-market strategies for local competitiveness. You will define and track KPIs such as app downloads, active users, transaction volumes, revenue, and EBITDA, and continuously refine product-market fit using user research and analytics. In this role you will serve as a product advisor to senior leadership teams, build strategic partnerships with financial institutions and technology providers, and lead and mentor a high-performance, multi-country product organization with teams across Egypt, Pakistan, UAE, and other markets.
