The role supports the Power & Industrial Products Division (FAMCO) within Al-Futtaim Automotive as an Aftermarket Consultant, responsible for assisting After Sales and Service operations for industrial products and equipment, specifically Ingersoll Rand (IR) machinery. The position involves supporting customer requests, preparing quotations, coordinating service jobs, and ensuring smooth and timely delivery of workshop activities. It requires maintaining strong relationships with customers across the Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business, while working closely with service and workshop teams to drive efficiency and timely job completion. The role helps identify potential business opportunities and contributes to meeting sales and service targets. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, reports, and communications according to FAMCO standards, and staying updated on product knowledge, industry practices, and company policies. Required skills include a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fields, knowledge or interest in After Sales or Industrial Products, strong communication and relationship-building abilities, organizational and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office with SAP knowledge as an advantage, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset, with a UAE driving license preferred. The role operates onsite at Dubai Investment Park (DIP), working within a collaborative team led by the National After Sales Manager – IP Division, focused on delivering high-quality customer service and technical expertise across the industrial product range.
