The role focuses on defining and optimizing space requirements, designing workplace strategies, overseeing site selection, managing real estate negotiations, and delivering tenant improvements. The Global Real Estate Manager oversees flawless execution of real estate construction projects and manages third-party suppliers to ensure effective and timely delivery. The role requires interfacing with government and regulatory entities and communicating with business leaders at all organizational levels. The position contributes to improving overall efficiency and effectiveness of real estate operations while supporting a culture of innovation and inclusivity across a diverse real estate portfolio.
