Job description
The Finance Manager will oversee all aspects of financial management for Logistiq, part of Landmark Group in Dubai, including month-end close, FP&A, margin analysis, audits, and compliance. The role requires ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, preparing management reports, performing variance analysis, developing and maintaining budgets and forecasts, conducting profitability and margin analysis at multiple dimensions including customer, hub, channel, and sales representative levels, maintaining SOPs and RCM controls, liaising with internal and external auditors for efficient audit completion, and ensuring compliance with local regulations, company acts, and applicable tax laws. The Finance Manager will coordinate with team members across locations, stay updated on accounting standards and regulations, and provide analytical insights to support strategic decision-making within the retail and logistics operations across GCC, India, and Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities
- Manage the month-end closing process and ensure timely and accurate completion of all financial statements and monthly reporting requirements
- Develop and maintain the annual budget and forecast, performing regular variance analysis
- Conduct margin analysis to identify cost optimization and profitability improvement across customer, hub, channel, and sales representative dimensions
- Maintain SOP documentation and process walkthroughs for RCM control
- Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audits and timely completion
- Oversee financial compliance, including adherence to local regulations and accounting standards
- Prepare and present management reports, providing insights into financial performance and trends
- Coordinate with team members across locations for daily operations and central team support
- Ensure compliance with company acts, local body regulations, and applicable tax laws
- Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting standards and regulations
Experience & skills
- Professional accounting designation (CA, CPA or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance management role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proven experience in financial reporting, FP&A, and margin analysis
- Experience with audit processes and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in financial modeling and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
