Job description
The Product Specialist Immunology is a field-based sales role at Johnson & Johnson focused on promoting immunology products to healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and decision-makers in both public and private healthcare institutions. The role involves achieving sales targets, enhancing product awareness, and ensuring optimal market availability while adhering to compliance guidelines. The specialist builds strong networks with key opinion leaders and supports educational initiatives and promotional events to strengthen product positioning. This is a customer-facing role requiring strategic planning, CRM proficiency, market intelligence gathering, and in-depth knowledge of the immunology domain.

Key responsibilities
- Maximizes sales of products and increases market share
- Achieves sales targets in the designated territory while meeting all company compliance requirements
- Maintains accurate coverage of designated territory and compliance with CRM reporting
- Conducts customer segmentation per company guidelines
- Maintains an up-to-date customer database to fulfill customer needs
- Keeps excellent knowledge of disease areas, products, and competitors
- Presents clinical data to healthcare professionals via meetings and group presentations
- Monitors healthcare developments to anticipate opportunities and risks
- Supports brand strategy and identifies new business opportunities
- Conducts ongoing market, competitive, and business intelligence analysis
- Develops and maintains relationships with key specialists and KOLs
- Organizes promotional and educational group meetings, symposia, and conferences
- Ensures compliance with local laws, FCPA, HCBI, and company policies
- Reports adverse events and product quality complaints per pharmacovigilance protocols
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Kuwait
- Bachelorās Degree in a scientific discipline or pharmacy
- Experience in Immunology is an advantage
- Proven success working in complex cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong anticipation and planning abilities
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Understanding of compliance frameworks including FCPA, HCBI, and PBC
