Job description
The Measurement Specialist, Apps at Google will be part of the Data and Measurement team within the Large Customer Sales (LCS) organization. The role focuses on leading digital transformation initiatives for advertisers and partners by building robust measurement and data infrastructure. Responsibilities include guiding clients in adopting Googleās app measurement solutions, driving business growth through analytics and attribution, and promoting data-driven decision-making. The specialist will work closely with stakeholders to define test hypotheses, develop KPIs, and ensure data quality. The role requires a strong understanding of mobile app analytics, digital marketing strategies, privacy compliance, and cross-device attribution, alongside a commitment to Google's mission and values in a diverse and inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities
- Help clients adopt and utilize Googleās apps solutions for measurement, analytics, and attribution to drive business growth
- Lead initiatives and ensure data quality across client engagements
- Share expertise and product developments with internal teams and external clients
- Translate business objectives into measurable KPIs and tracking requirements
- Design and implement experiments and A/B testing methodologies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, analytics, and product teams
- Advise on and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
- Promote adoption of Googleās measurement strategies and tools
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles
- Experience with mobile app analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch, Amplitude
- Experience in developing app measurement strategies aligned with business goals
- Knowledge of ODM solutions and cross-device attribution models
- Experience in A/B testing and experimentation methodologies
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and consent management
- Ability to define and analyze test hypotheses and provide optimization recommendations
- Strong analytical and investigative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
