Job description
Sia Partners is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join its dynamic consulting practice in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will lead projects related to business transformation, digital innovation, and organizational strategy across public and private sectors in the Middle East. You will manage client engagements, contribute to thought leadership, mentor junior consultants, and play a key role in business development. As part of a global consulting firm, you will collaborate across geographies and disciplines to drive impact.

Key responsibilities
- Lead delivery of multiple consulting projects across sectors in the Middle East and globally.
- Formulate and execute strategies related to digital transformation, customer experience, AI, and organizational change.
- Support business development by identifying opportunities and contributing to proposal creation.
- Build and maintain external networks to identify emerging trends and business needs.
- Coach and mentor junior team members and contribute to their development.
- Develop internal consulting assets including methodologies, frameworks, and toolkits.
- Contribute to blogs, articles, and external marketing campaigns.
- Represent Sia Partners at industry events and forums to expand thought leadership and visibility.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across teams and offices to share knowledge and support broader initiatives.
- Uphold the firm’s values of innovation, excellence, entrepreneurship, and inclusion.
Experience & skills
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting with increasing leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of strategy development, transformation, and process optimization.
- Experience managing complex client engagements and multidisciplinary teams.
- Master’s degree preferred in business, management, or related disciplines.
- Proficiency in project management with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Track record in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Business-level proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Willingness to relocate within the UAE as per project needs.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and client value delivery.
