Salla, one of the fastest-growing e-commerce platforms in the MENA region, delivering innovative technology solutions that empower businesses to scale rapidly, is seeking a Senior Copywriter to craft compelling, clear, and on-brand content across all digital touchpoints. The role involves producing high-quality copy for websites, apps, ads, emails, and social media, translating complex tech concepts into clear and engaging language, and maintaining and evolving the brand voice consistently across all content formats. The Senior Copywriter will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and design teams on campaigns and launches, ensuring all content aligns with strategic objectives and brand identity. The role also requires editing and proofreading content to ensure accuracy, tone, and consistency while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The position demands demonstrated understanding and practical application of SEO best practices and digital marketing principles, along with strong proficiency in Arabic writing and editing, and a good command of English. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing diverse copy across formats and industries, particularly within tech or digital agencies, and must be capable of adapting tone and style for different audiences and platforms while contributing to scalable business growth through impactful content.

- Develop and write high-quality, compelling, and conversion-focused copy for websites, mobile applications, advertisements, email campaigns, and social media platforms while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
- Translate complex technical and e-commerce platform concepts into clear, concise, and engaging language that resonates with diverse target audiences across different digital touchpoints
- Maintain, refine, and evolve the brand voice and tone consistently across all content formats, ensuring uniformity in messaging, style, and positioning across campaigns and channels
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and design to conceptualize, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives
- Edit, proofread, and review all content deliverables to ensure linguistic accuracy, grammatical correctness, tone consistency, adherence to brand standards, and overall content quality
- Apply SEO best practices and digital marketing principles in content creation to enhance search visibility, improve engagement metrics, and support performance-driven marketing strategies
- Manage multiple concurrent copywriting projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment without compromising quality
- Adapt writing style, tone, and messaging based on platform requirements, audience segments, campaign objectives, and evolving business needs while continuously optimizing content effectiveness
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Media, Marketing, or an equivalent field, or demonstrate equivalent expertise through a strong and comprehensive professional portfolio showcasing relevant skills
- Possess 3–5 years of professional copywriting experience with a strong preference for experience within technology companies, e-commerce platforms, or digital marketing agencies
- Demonstrate a robust portfolio that showcases diverse copywriting work across multiple formats such as websites, apps, advertisements, email campaigns, and social media content
- Exhibit excellent command of Arabic language with advanced writing, editing, and proofreading skills, ensuring high-quality and culturally relevant content delivery
- Maintain a good command of English language to support bilingual content creation, collaboration, and understanding of global digital marketing practices
- Demonstrate strong knowledge and hands-on experience in applying SEO best practices and digital marketing principles to create optimized, performance-driven content
- Show the ability to adapt tone, style, and messaging effectively for different audiences, platforms, industries, and communication objectives while maintaining brand consistency
