Job description
The Emirates Investment Authority (EIA) is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Operations Manager to lead and oversee its IT infrastructure, security, and service delivery. This role ensures that IT operations are aligned with business objectives while maintaining a secure, efficient, and scalable IT environment. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in IT governance, vendor management, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily IT operations, including network maintenance, IT support, and infrastructure management.
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with EIAās long-term technology goals.
- Ensure cybersecurity, IT governance, and compliance with UAE and international regulations.
- Manage IT service delivery, vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Support enterprise applications, ERP systems, cloud-based solutions, and collaboration tools.
- Implement IT risk management and business continuity strategies, including disaster recovery plans.
- Lead and mentor IT staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Optimize IT processes to enhance business agility, cost-effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, ITIL, CISSP, CCNA are preferred.
- Oversee daily IT operations, including Azure cloud management, network maintenance, IT support, and infrastructure oversight.
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with EIAās cloud-first approach and long-term technology goals.
- Ensure cybersecurity, IT governance, and compliance with UAE and international regulations.
- Manage IT service delivery, Azure-based solutions, vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Support enterprise applications, Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, ERP systems, and collaboration tools.
- Implement IT risk management and business continuity strategies, including disaster recovery on Azure.
