Job description
The Delivery Manager – Public Sector role is designed for experienced consulting professionals who are passionate about driving transformation across government and public institutions in Saudi Arabia. Based in Jeddah or Riyadh, the role focuses on leading the delivery of complex initiatives aligned with national priorities, including Vision 2030. The Delivery Manager owns project workstreams or small-to-medium standalone engagements, ensuring structured execution, measurable outcomes, and sustainable capability transfer to client teams. The position combines hands-on implementation leadership with strategic advisory exposure, requiring strong client relationship management, operational oversight, and coaching capabilities. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, the Delivery Manager ensures performance tracking, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle. This role offers significant exposure to senior government stakeholders, cross-functional collaboration, and accelerated professional growth within a high-performance consulting environment.

Key responsibilities
- Own and lead the delivery of small to medium-sized projects or independent workstreams within larger transformation programs, ensuring timely execution against defined milestones and objectives.
- Develop integrated, functionally coordinated implementation plans that align strategic initiatives with operational timelines, KPIs, and resource allocations.
- Actively manage day-to-day client relationships, working closely with public sector leaders and teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and delivery excellence.
- Monitor project performance, track efficiency metrics, identify risks or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain delivery momentum.
- Lead, coach, and develop consulting team members, providing structured feedback and on-the-job mentoring to build long-term capabilities within both internal and client teams.
- Drive organizational development, performance improvement, and large-scale transformation initiatives across government entities and public institutions.
- Support capability building by transferring knowledge, tools, and best practices to client teams to ensure sustainable impact beyond project completion.
- Contribute to knowledge development by codifying lessons learned, sharing insights across the firm, and strengthening sector-specific expertise.
Experience & skills
- Undergraduate degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related discipline with an outstanding academic record.
- Minimum of 6 years of consulting or relevant business experience, demonstrating consistent achievement and strong career progression.
- Proven experience delivering organizational development, large-scale transformation programs, or productivity and performance improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage small to medium-sized projects or oversee workstreams with budget accountability.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and structured thinking capabilities with the ability to translate strategy into actionable implementation plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client service skills, with the ability to build trust across all organizational levels.
- Proven leadership experience, including coaching and developing team members in high-performance environments.
- Willingness to travel predominantly within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to support client engagements.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively in both languages.
