Job description
The Talent Acquisition Senior Manager at Salla is responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment function across the organization, supporting a fast-growing commerce platform transforming the regional e-commerce landscape. The role focuses on attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent aligned with organizational strategy, culture, and growth ambitions. The Senior Manager acts as a strategic partner to leadership by shaping workforce planning, improving hiring quality, and building scalable talent acquisition practices across Technology, Product, Commercial, and Corporate functions. The role includes leading and developing a high-performing team of recruiters, implementing competency-based interviewing and structured interviewing methodologies, strengthening employer branding, and ensuring a seamless human-centric candidate experience. The position leverages recruitment analytics, hiring metrics, and AI-powered recruiting tools to scale hiring operations and optimize sourcing efficiency. Responsibilities include designing scalable hiring processes, advising leadership on talent strategy, job design, and hiring decisions, and driving innovative sourcing strategies to access top talent. The Senior Manager collaborates with senior leadership to translate business priorities into hiring plans and monitors key hiring metrics including quality, speed, and efficiency. The role requires hands-on experience with ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, stakeholder management, and technology hiring within a technology company environment while supporting organizational growth and talent acquisition transformation.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and own end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across all business functions including Technology, Product, Commercial, and Corporate teams while aligning hiring plans with organizational growth strategy
- Partner with senior leadership to translate business priorities into workforce planning, hiring roadmaps, and talent acquisition strategies across multiple departments
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters while establishing performance standards, coaching recruitment professionals, and scaling talent acquisition operations
- Design and implement scalable hiring processes, frameworks, and recruitment operations to support organizational growth and hiring efficiency
- Elevate hiring quality by implementing competency-based interviewing, structured interviewing methodologies, and standardized evaluation frameworks
- Track, analyze, and optimize hiring metrics including hiring quality, speed, and efficiency using recruitment analytics and performance dashboards
- Drive innovative sourcing strategies leveraging ATS platforms, AI-powered recruiting tools, and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Ensure a seamless, human-centric candidate experience across all recruitment touchpoints while advising leaders on talent strategy, job design, and hiring decisions
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate minimum 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition including leadership or team management roles overseeing recruitment teams
- Demonstrate proven track record managing talent acquisition teams and owning end-to-end hiring strategy and recruitment delivery across multiple functions
- Demonstrate experience hiring across Technology, Product, Commercial, and Corporate functions with strong preference for technology hiring exposure
- Possess experience working within technology companies and fast-growing organizational environments
- Demonstrate proven application of competency-based interviewing and structured interviewing methodologies within hiring processes
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management capabilities with ability to influence senior leadership and hiring decisions
