Job description
The Assistant Manager, Public Relations at Atlantis Dubai will support the strategic promotion and reputation management of the Atlantis brand, including Atlantis The Palm, Atlantis The Royal, Aquaventure, and over 51 restaurants and bars. The role focuses on driving brand awareness across global markets like the UK, France, Germany, and the CIS, while specializing in communications for the food and beverage offerings. The candidate will execute international and regional PR strategies, focusing especially on celebrity chef concepts such as Nobu, Hakkasan, and Bread Street Kitchen. This is a fast-paced, creative environment ideal for individuals passionate about PR and hospitality brand storytelling.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Support PR initiatives to elevate brand awareness of Atlantis Dubai across international markets including the UK, France, Germany, and CIS
- Work with the PR Manager to execute regional and global brand-building strategies
- Manage day-to-day media communications and reputation enhancement efforts for Atlantis properties and operations
- Deliver PR strategies for Atlantis' food and beverage offerings, including more than 25 world-class bars and restaurants
- Promote celebrity chef restaurants such as Nobu, Bread Street Kitchen, Hakkasan, FZN by Bjorn Frantzen, and Dinner by Heston Blumenthal
- Support media outreach, press release development, and content placement
- Monitor media coverage and report on the effectiveness of PR campaigns
- Handle PR communications around nightlife experiences and entertainment events
- Assist with the management of media inquiries and sensitive communications issues
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external media partners to ensure message consistency
Experience & skills
- 2ā3 years of experience in communications, corporate communications, or public relations
- Experience working in-house, at a PR agency, within government, or a media company
- Strong passion for food and beverage, nightlife, and hospitality industries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage media relations across international markets
- Experience managing sensitive PR issues and reputation risk
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling PR narratives
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Collaborative approach with a keen eye for detail
