The Project Manager (Luxury Villa & Residential Construction) is responsible for leading and managing end-to-end delivery of premium villa development projects within the United Arab Emirates construction and real estate sector. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle from inception through to final handover, ensuring that luxury residential developments are delivered on time, within budget, and according to high-quality standards. The position requires developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring alignment with design specifications, regulatory requirements, and client expectations. The Project Manager coordinates closely with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of construction activities. The role includes continuous monitoring of project progress, identification of risks or delays, and implementation of corrective actions to maintain delivery timelines and cost control. Responsibilities extend to managing procurement processes, evaluating contractor performance, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and construction best practices. The role also involves conducting regular site inspections, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards, and maintaining strict quality control across all phases of construction. Additionally, the Project Manager prepares and presents detailed project reports to senior management, providing updates on progress, risks, budget status, and milestone achievements.
