Job description
You will be part of an exciting team where you are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate, and manage the team to perform. You will be responsible for team decisions and will have the opportunity to engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. Your expertise will be crucial in providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. The role involves delivering large-scale capital projects across industries and geographies, supporting project management, defining scope, managing risks, monitoring performance, and engaging directly with clients.

Key responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise and collaborate with the team to perform.
- Be responsible for team decisions and engage with multiple teams to contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Deliver large-scale capital projects across industry groups (Utilities, Energy, Public Services) and geographies.
- Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities.
- Define project scope with key stakeholders.
- Effectively manage milestones and dependencies.
- Support the management of financial, contractual, and operational commitments.
- Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting.
- Mitigate risks as defined in the project plan.
Experience & skills
- 3-6 years of experience in capital projects strategy and operating model, digital transformation.
- Experience in delivering large-scale capital projects across industry groups and geographies.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in direct client-facing role in management consulting firm with exposure to project management and design & engineering management.
- Ability to analyze clients’ strategy, operating vision, business imperatives, and capabilities.
- Strong, well-structured communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Master proficiency in program project management.
- Master proficiency in risk management.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in relevant related skills.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Expert proficiency in estimation and planning (bonus).
- Expert proficiency in Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) (bonus).
- Expert proficiency in scope management (bonus).
