Job description
The Data Services, Pipeline & Sales Support Manager will support Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) in developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of data-driven projects across MENA. The role involves business development, sales support, client engagement, project scoping, and coordination of project delivery for data-focused consulting engagements with issuers, merchants, and governments. The position requires strong analytical, organizational, and client management skills, along with experience in pre-sales, proposals, and sales operations.

Key responsibilities
- Investigate and suggest potential new client lists to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop customized data-services decks for different client groups and needs.
- Assist in developing new data-driven service offerings based on client interactions.
- Contact new clients and organize client meetings.
- Engage clients for project scoping and proof of concept planning.
- Develop proposals for new client work and follow up on new project pipelines.
- Oversee and coordinate negotiation processes between client teams and Visa stakeholders.
- Prepare and execute client contracts and sales agreements using Visa templates.
- Manage onboarding of new personnel and facilitate access to internal systems.
- Administer procurement processes in compliance with Visa policies.
- Supervise data compliance processes to ensure confidentiality and security.
- Lead invoice development and follow up with clients for timely payment.
- Coordinate with project teams and clients to deliver on-time project outcomes.
- Collaborate with other Visa teams including Products, BD, Risk, Marketing, and Innovation Center.
- Contribute to VCA thought leadership materials in data services.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of overall work experience, management consulting experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of payments data and business use cases.
- Experience in data-driven projects within government or retail sectors.
- Experience in pre-sales, sales operations, and proposal development.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Proven ability to interact with senior client stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable using business, procurement, and contract management systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple client discussions simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
