Job description
The Department Manager at Fendi in Jeddah is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in organizing and operating the department to meet KPIs and achieve sales and profitability goals. This includes leading and developing the departmentās business through strategic category management, analyzing performance, implementing action plans, and managing stock and visual merchandising to company standards. The role requires delivering high-level customer service, leveraging clienteling tools, managing CRM activities, and improving customer satisfaction including mystery shopper scores. The manager will oversee inventory accuracy, shrink rates, and ensure efficient merchandise display and storage. In addition, they will coach and motivate team members, organize staffing to meet business needs, and conduct training sessions aligned with company strategy. The role also entails reporting stock issues and maintaining brand standards while acting as a category ambassador to clients.

Experience & skills
- Minimum 5 yearsā experience in a supervisor role in fashion/luxury sales
- Experience with relevant product category
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Fluent in English
