Job description
The role involves leading and executing HR strategy for a fast-growing and dynamic food and beverage group operating across retail, B2B, and cloud kitchens, with a strong presence in multiple markets and ambitious growth plans focused on innovation and excellence. The position partners closely with the CEO and leadership team to align HR strategy with business objectives and drive organisational culture across 85+ stores and headquarters, supporting more than 2,500 frontline employees. The mandate includes developing and implementing HR policies and frameworks, overseeing talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning at scale, managing performance management systems, compensation and benefits programmes, and driving both internal and external HR communications including PR and engagement initiatives. The role also requires leading large-scale engagement initiatives such as town halls and annual conferences, building and mentoring a high-performing HR team to ensure scalability for future growth, championing diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing, and preparing the HR function for a future transition towards a Chief People Officer role within a professional and structured business environment in Dubai.

Experience & skills
- Hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Demonstrate proven expertise in HR management within the business services industry
- Possess a strong understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and HR best practices
- Have experience in recruitment, training, and employee development activities
- Show proficiency in HR software and HR tools used to manage HR operations at scale
