Job description
The Manager - Project Acquisition at Bayut KSA in Madinah is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing strategic property development opportunities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on sourcing, negotiating, and acquiring properties for sale or joint ventures, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives and strategic vision. The manager drives the end-to-end project acquisition process, including feasibility and financial analysis, on-site surveys, market research, and engagement with developers, landowners, and internal teams. Key accountabilities include managing contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with internal legal and operational policies, and liaising with sales teams during project execution. The position requires strong expertise in the KSA real estate market, commercial real estate experience, portfolio management, and data-driven decision-making. The manager acts as the primary liaison for clients and developers, ensuring excellent service delivery, alignment with contractual and financial requirements, and consistent achievement of business targets. The role emphasizes strategic orientation, proactive problem-solving, innovation, and fostering long-term relationships to support sustainable revenue growth and successful project outcomes.

- Proactively identify and evaluate prospective property development projects to meet annual sales and growth targets
- Perform in-depth feasibility, market, and financial analysis for potential acquisitions and investment opportunities
- Lead negotiations with developers and landowners to secure favorable project terms, aligning with both client and company objectives
- Manage contract review, execution, and liaise with legal to draft tailored agreements for projects and joint ventures
- Oversee the project acquisition process, including site visits, surveys, stakeholder coordination, and on-ground market assessments
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue from new and existing projects, while tracking performance through MIS and reports
- Maintain and nurture relationships with developers, clients, and internal teams to ensure high client satisfaction and alignment with project objectives
- Address client or stakeholder issues proactively, ensuring timely resolution and a positive experience throughout the project lifecycle
Experience & skills
- Graduate in Architecture, Business, Finance, or Economics
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including 4-5 years in Commercial Real Estate
- Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian real estate market and development processes
- Proficient in portfolio tracking, operational oversight, and administration tools
- Knowledge of policy creation and implementation to ensure operational control and compliance
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Analytical skills with the ability to compile and interpret data to inform strategic decisions
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and complex projects efficiently
