The Senior Project Manager - High Tech & Data Center role at Turner & Townsend, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involves leading large-scale, complex infrastructure and real estate projects, with a focus on high-tech and manufacturing construction, including data centers, life sciences facilities, substations, and similarly technical asset classes. Reporting within the Infrastructure department, the role requires full life-cycle project delivery experience from pre-contract to post-contract stages. The Senior Project Manager is expected to manage scope, budget, and schedule; oversee consultant and contractor procurement; lead tendering for main contractors; and establish project budgets aligned with design and client requirements. The position also includes responsibility for identifying and selecting new project sites in line with client strategies and for providing end-to-end project management leadership. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and commercial acumen, extensive experience working for project management consultancies (PMCs) or developer/client-side organizations, and familiarity with MEP-intensive and data center environments.
