Job description
The Interface Director - Roads leads all interface management functions for Qiddiya’s large-scale infrastructure program, ensuring alignment across internal teams, contractors, and diverse stakeholders for world-class road and transportation delivery. The position is responsible for managing all touchpoints, dependencies, and communication workflows to ensure seamless technical and contractual integration of project elements. It includes developing and implementing interface management plans, tracking integration risks, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets, and resolving interface issues across multidisciplinary engineering, construction, and program-management teams. The role oversees infrastructure coordination meetings, drives proactive communication and collaboration, monitors and reports interface status to senior management, facilitates conflict resolution, and ensures high-quality infrastructure outcomes. It requires deep knowledge of infrastructure design, construction processes, project integration practices, and complex stakeholder environments, alongside proficiency in project management software and tools, and professional certifications such as PMP.

Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all touchpoints, dependencies, and communication across stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless integration and successful project delivery
- Develop and implement interface management plans to identify, track, and mitigate risks associated with project integration
- Facilitate regular meetings with project stakeholders to discuss interface issues, provide updates, and gather feedback
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets while delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for interface-related inquiries and facilitate resolution of conflicts and discrepancies
- Monitor and report the status of interfaces, providing updates to senior management and stakeholders
- Promote a culture of collaboration and proactive communication across all project teams
Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 12 years of experience in infrastructure project management with focus on interface management
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and interfaces
- Strong understanding of infrastructure design, construction processes, and project integration practices
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are highly desirable
