Job description
The Marketing Specialist supports the creation and execution of integrated marketing programs and campaigns associated with the company’s strategies and plans. This role is responsible for campaign planning, execution, and reporting, with a strong focus on lead generation and coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders. The specialist ensures that campaigns are aligned with the business objectives and executed across all relevant channels to maximize impact.

Key responsibilities
- Participate in creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns with a 360-degree approach.
- Plan and execute field marketing activities.
- Achieve lead generation targets as defined in the yearly business/marketing plan.
- Coordinate with other marketing functions to ensure alignment across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to maximize efficiency of the marketing mix.
- Communicate campaign plans and results effectively and consistently to stakeholders.
- Prepare regular campaign reports and take actions to optimize performance.
Experience & skills
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- 5 years minimum work experience in marketing or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or Marketing.
