Job description
RCRC, MOMRA, SBC, and DM authority standards, alongside ISO 9001 processes, frame the compliance backbone for this Design Manager role in Landscape Architecture at Omrania. Day-to-day management and coordination of landscape and public-realm design run from early-stage concept through detailed and IFC delivery, ensuring design excellence, commercial control, and full interdisciplinary integration. You will plan, manage, and deliver assigned projects within approved time, fee, and quality parameters, developing commercial awareness by monitoring fee utilisation and scope changes. A multi-disciplinary team spanning Landscape, Irrigation, BIM, Visualisation, CAD, and Environmental specialists gets led, mentored, and motivated throughout each project. Structured QA/QC and peer-review procedures get implemented at every design gateway, with early integration of civil, MEP, and infrastructure requirements coordinated from the outset. Landscape deliverables, including Design Delivery Plans, Reports, Drawings, Hardscape and Softscape Packages, Irrigation and Grading Plans, and Planting Strategies, get overseen and reviewed throughout. BIM integration using Revit LA, Civil 3D, and Navisworks gets led to maintain model accuracy, coordination, and LOD compliance. Client presentations, design workshops, and coordination reviews get led directly, translating complex technical data into clear narratives for stakeholders while maintaining consistently high client satisfaction scores.
