Job description
NVIDIA is seeking an experienced Senior Network Solution Architect based in Dubai to join its Solution Architect team. The role focuses on supporting technical aspects of sales engagements, particularly in networking and datacenter solutions. You will work with strategic cloud, HPC, telco, and enterprise datacenter customers, architect end-to-end solutions for AI and LLM applications, and provide feedback to marketing and engineering on product strategy. This position requires a passion for technology, technical expertise, and the ability to make an impact across different levels of engagement.

Key responsibilities
- Discover new business opportunities for NVIDIA, focusing on networking products and integrating GPU and networking into datacenter solutions.
- Architect end-to-end datacenters for AI & LLM applications, cloud, telco, and enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with sales teams and product marketing to define solutions for customer needs.
- Provide technical account management for NVIDIA networking and E2E datacenter product key accounts.
- Conduct regular customer meetings, present product roadmaps, and introduce new technology solutions.
- Respond to RFP/RFI proposals for AI factories, HPC clusters, cloud, and enterprise datacenter technology designs.
- Build and deliver tailored product demonstrations and POCs addressing customer needs.
- Manage technical projects for complex networking and datacenter technology deployments.
- Analyze and troubleshoot performance or functionality issues at customer sites.
- Prepare and deliver technical training presentations.
- Provide feedback to engineering on product requirements and enhancements.
Experience & skills
- 5+ years of Solution Architect or Sales Engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of datacenter solutions, cloud technologies, and networking.
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes and Linux Virtualization (KVM).
- Networking expertise, including L2/L3 Ethernet and network topologies.
- Understanding of server system-level issues including operating systems, Linux kernel drivers, PCIe devices, NICs, and hardware architecture.
- Technical presentation skills and experience in developing Proofs-of-Concept.
- Strong sense of achievement and customer-focused attitude.
- Effective time management and ability to handle multiple competing deadlines.
- Ability to resolve critical customer issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to travel as needed, mainly within UAE.
