The Operations Integration Manager – Hub Delivery at Amazon, within the Q-Express Documents Transport entity, is responsible for driving the integration and standardization of Hub Delivery processes across the United Arab Emirates Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Network. Amazon’s last-mile delivery organization focuses on providing fast, accurate, and cost-effective delivery services while continuously improving customer experience and operational efficiency. This role operates within the Hub Delivery program and supports the expansion and optimization of delivery capabilities across the network by designing scalable operational processes and implementing standardized frameworks. The manager works closely with cross-functional teams including Country ACES, SnOP (Sales and Operations Planning), Central Operations, AMZL Operations, Product teams, and Delivery Service Partner (DSP) teams to coordinate operational improvements and network-wide initiatives. Responsibilities include designing, modeling, and implementing new operational processes for Hub Delivery programs across the UAE AMZL Network, ensuring scalability and alignment with network capacity planning strategies. The role focuses on using operational data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance cost efficiency, operational quality, and customer experience. The position involves gathering and analyzing operational data to establish standardized processes and best practices across delivery stations, ensuring consistency and operational excellence across the network. The Operations Integration Manager collaborates with operations field leaders and stakeholders to identify operational barriers and improvement opportunities while conducting root cause analysis to diagnose issues affecting delivery performance. The role emphasizes developing sustainable operational solutions that enhance network performance and partner experience while reducing cost and complexity within the fulfillment network. Additionally, the position requires continuous innovation through process optimization and automation initiatives aimed at improving delivery operations and operational scalability. The manager also partners with Product teams to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), evaluate launch plans, pilot new operational features, and manage the full-scale rollout of solutions across the delivery network while tracking success metrics. The role includes representing UAE Hub Delivery operations in regional and global forums, providing insights, operational performance updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. The position requires strong analytical capabilities, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas, and experience using data visualization and business intelligence tools such as SQL and Tableau to support operational reporting and decision-making within logistics and supply chain environments.

- Drive process improvement initiatives for existing Hub Delivery operations using operational data analysis to achieve cost efficiency, operational quality, and improved customer experience.
- Gather and analyze operational data to develop network-wide operational standards and best practices in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Build partnerships with operations field leaders and stakeholders including Central Operations, SnOP, Delivery Service Partner (DSP) teams, Country ACES, and Product teams to identify operational improvement opportunities.
- Analyze operational blockers through root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions to enhance network performance and partner experience.
- Drive innovation within last-mile delivery operations by implementing process optimization and automation initiatives that reduce operational complexity and cost.
- Partner with Product teams to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), review launch strategies, pilot operational features, and manage full-scale rollout of solutions across the delivery network.
- Track performance metrics and operational outcomes to measure the effectiveness of process changes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Represent UAE Hub Delivery operations in regional and global forums by providing operational insights, performance updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Experience & skills
- Possess at least 5 years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using operational data and metrics within operations management, logistics, or supply chain environments.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas, as well as experience with data visualization tools for operational reporting.
- Show proven ability to use operational data and performance metrics to conduct root cause analysis, drive operational improvements, and measure the impact of process changes.
- Demonstrate experience collaborating cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders including operations, product, and engineering teams.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to translate complex operational challenges into actionable solutions.
- Demonstrate 3 or more years of program management or project management experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities.
- Show experience delivering complex operational projects end-to-end and communicating results to senior leadership with measurable business impact.
- Demonstrate experience driving process improvements in last-mile delivery, logistics, or fulfillment operations environments.
- Possess experience developing processes from the ground up including project management frameworks, standard operating procedures (SOP), and implementation schedules.
- Demonstrate experience using SQL, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools to perform operational analytics and reporting.
