Job description
This role leads agency partnership efforts for TikTokās Global Business Solutions team, driving revenue growth, product adoption, and strategic collaboration across Mega Indie and Big 6 agencies in Central and Eastern Europe. Responsibilities include nurturing agency relationships, forecasting and tracking revenue performance, developing agency growth strategies aligned with TikTokās commercial objectives, and driving education and engagement programs to increase ad product usage. The position works cross-functionally with sales, monetization strategy, product, marketing, and legal teams, supports commercial agreement negotiations, and delivers actionable market intelligence gained through agency interactions. The role requires deep knowledge of the media agency ecosystem, strong commercial acumen, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and fluency in both Russian and English.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Nurture, forecast, and track revenue performance across assigned agency portfolio
- Drive solutions uptake and ad product usage through agencies aligned with quarterly goals
- Develop growth strategies for agencies in line with TikTokās sales and agency partnership objectives
- Lead agency engagement initiatives including education, strategic programs, and enablement
- Support negotiation, rollout, and ongoing management of commercial agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams across sales, monetization strategy, product, marketing, and legal
- Provide market intelligence and insights derived from agency relationships
- Support agencies in developing new revenue streams using TikTokās services
Experience & skills
- Experience in the media agency ecosystem across Central and Eastern Europe
- Strong understanding of digital media platforms and advertising solutions
- Proven ability managing revenue growth and engaging C-suite agency/client stakeholders
- Experience analyzing data, producing insights, and shaping market strategies
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and support international markets
- High oral fluency in Russian and English; willingness to travel
- Preferred: MarTech/AdTech experience, media planning experience, and exposure to creative ecosystem partners
