Job description
Senior Manager - Projects at Qiddiya Investment Company responsible for leading end-to-end project management across multiple sectors within a large-scale entertainment destination environment, overseeing full project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, developing comprehensive project plans, allocating resources efficiently, establishing timelines and milestones, coordinating cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners, managing project budgets, mitigating risks, resolving issues, implementing project management methodologies and best practices, providing progress updates and reports to senior management, ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and company policies, mentoring project teams, and staying updated with industry trends in real estate development, hospitality, and entertainment sectors. The role involves managing large, complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, improving project performance, enhancing delivery quality, supporting multi-project execution, maintaining governance structures, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving successful delivery within dynamic, fast-growing entertainment destination development environment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure across multiple domains within entertainment, hospitality, and real estate development sectors, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic objectives and successful project delivery within defined scope, timeline, and budget
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope definition, resource allocation, scheduling, milestone establishment, and performance tracking mechanisms, ensuring proper governance and structured execution throughout project lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and external partners to ensure seamless integration of project activities, maintain communication flow, and support efficient decision-making across project phases
- Manage project budgets, monitor financial performance, track cost forecasts, identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, resolve project issues, and ensure financial control throughout project execution lifecycle
- Implement project management methodologies, best practices, governance frameworks, and performance tracking systems to enhance project efficiency, quality standards, and delivery outcomes across multiple projects
- Provide regular progress updates, prepare detailed project reports, present status updates to senior management, and ensure transparency in project performance, risk exposure, and milestone achievements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, project governance standards, and quality assurance procedures throughout project planning and execution phases
- Mentor project teams, manage project managers and team members, promote high-performance culture, monitor industry trends, identify innovations, and continuously enhance project delivery outcomes and operational value
Experience & skills
- Possess Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field with Master’s degree preferred and demonstrate strong academic background relevant to project management discipline
- Demonstrate minimum of 10 years progressive experience in project management including leadership of large-scale complex projects within real estate development, hospitality, or entertainment sectors
- Show proven track record in managing large, complex projects across full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within budget and schedule constraints
- Demonstrate expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and performance monitoring across multi-project environments
- Possess proficiency in project management software, project reporting tools, project documentation systems, and governance frameworks for managing project performance
- Demonstrate knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry best practices, project governance, and compliance standards applicable to entertainment, hospitality, and real estate development projects
- Exhibit capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize deliverables, monitor risks, and maintain project timelines under high-pressure environments
- Demonstrate strong leadership capability in managing cross-functional teams, mentoring project staff, driving collaboration, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with organizational objectives
