In this role you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of properties managed by KAIZEN Asset Management Services, a leading property management firm in Dubai. You will oversee all aspects of building maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, and you are responsible for performing regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance or safety issues. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance of building systems, and coordinating with external contractors for repairs and renovations while ensuring compliance with quality standards and budgetary requirements. You will maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and equipment inventory, and you are responsible for responding promptly to tenant requests and complaints, resolving issues in a timely manner. You will conduct energy audits and implement energy-saving initiatives to improve building efficiency, and you are responsible for keeping informed of industry best practices and new technologies in facility management. In this role you will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment across all managed properties.
