Job description
Fasenra and the wider Biologics portfolio sit at the center of this Senior Product Specialist role, generating clinical demand with key accounts across a Riyadh-based territory. You proactively identify business opportunities, present value propositions aligned to stakeholder needs, and recommend solutions that drive and develop the business. Strategic relationships get built with the Multi-Disciplinary Team, the Decision Making Unit, and other stakeholders, grounded in a deep scientific understanding of the issues facing AZ's Specialty portfolio. Account strategy takes shape through market and competitor analysis, resource allocation across call activities and budget, and ongoing monitoring to keep effort focused on customers with the greatest potential. You engage Biologics users in dialogue about approved indications, efficacy and safety profiles, and treatment protocols, while updating customer segmentation and call records continuously in Veeva. Reporting runs on a steady rhythm too, with monthly business plan updates and daily ETMS Veeva synchronization keeping performance visible. Building knowledge across the healthcare community means running science-based discussions with HCPs, arranging multidisciplinary workshops, and coordinating speaker programmes with physician advocates and KOLs. Sales performance gets driven against forecasts and assigned budgets, with AZ's Biologics brands promoted through fair balance messaging and the right mix of promotional tools.
