Job description
The Consortium Project Integrator role at Alstom in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is a senior, high-responsibility position within the railway and rail systems industry, focused on the execution of high-criticality consortium projects across transport networks including high-speed trains, metros, monorails, trams, turnkey systems, infrastructure, signalling, and digital mobility solutions. The role is accountable for end-to-end project delivery from transfer through close-out, with full ownership of project Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Planning (QCDP) performance. The position requires defining and driving project strategy in strict alignment with contractual requirements, optimizing project financial performance with direct accountability for margin and cash, and ensuring robust project governance throughout the lifecycle. The integrator works cross-functionally with Customer Directors, Project Teams, Line Managers, and Support Functions, while actively managing customer and external stakeholder relationships in complex, multinational, and multi-cultural environments. The role involves proactive identification and management of risks, opportunities, and savings, strict compliance with applicable rules, standards, and ethics, and the application of advanced railway project management standards within Alstomās established processes to meet or exceed customer and contractual expectations.

- Take full accountability for project Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Planning (QCDP) performance across high-criticality consortium railway projects
- Define and drive the overall project strategy in alignment with contract requirements and customer expectations
- Lead, coordinate, and control project activities and stakeholders from project transfer through close-out
- Manage project governance, including coordination with Customer Directors, Project Teams, Line Managers, and Support Functions
- Optimize project financial performance with direct responsibility for margin and cash management
- Manage customer and external stakeholder relationships within complex and multinational project environments
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, opportunities, and savings throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure full compliance with applicable rules, standards, ethics, and Alstom internal processes
Experience & skills
- Hold a Masterās degree
- Possess 15+ years of experience as a project manager in the railway industry, including at least 5 years managing medium-critical projects
- Demonstrate experience working in multinational companies and across diverse business cultures
- Exhibit strong project management expertise and in-depth knowledge of railway products and systems
- Show proficiency in managing customer relationships and complex project environments
- Hold IPMA Level A certification or equivalent, or demonstrate eligibility and relevance to the role
- Demonstrate familiarity with Alstomās processes or equivalent structured rail project management frameworks
