Job description
As part of the Investor Development team, this role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing investors across the GCC. The position supports strategic communication of Greenstone’s value proposition, manages investor outreach and roadshows, aligns investor intelligence with product offerings, and works with internal teams to improve messaging and engagement. Based in either Dubai or KSA, the role requires strong relationship management skills, especially with private banks and institutional investors in the region.

Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage new prospective investors across key markets
- Reactivate dormant investor relationships with tailored outreach
- Collaborate to generate and secure meetings with high-potential investors
- Coordinate and manage investor roadshow calendars and follow-ups
- Support logistics and preparation for investor meetings and presentations
- Match Investor Intelligence Reports with current product offerings
- Engage with internal stakeholders to optimize investor messaging
- Maintain accurate investor data and engagement history in CRM
- Improve data quality and segmentation to support investor targeting
- Support development of investor communication strategy
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to articulate the firm’s value proposition
- Refine and distribute content to enhance investor understanding of the platform
Experience & skills
- Arabic speaker
- Established relationships with private banks across the GCC
- Strong investor relationships across the GCC
- 4+ years of experience in investor relations, capital raising, or institutional sales
- Strong understanding of investment management and investor behavior
- Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
