Job description
The Senior Supervisor - Cash Management Services at Transguard Group is responsible for overseeing teller operations and cash deposit center activities across client locations. Based in Abu Dhabi, the role manages outsourced staff, promotes team retention and morale, and ensures operational continuity through cross-training. Key functions include reducing quality costs through training and workflow improvements, controlling resources and overtime, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget. The supervisor will coordinate with admin and recruitment teams for staff onboarding, oversee timely report delivery in line with SLAs, schedule tellers, and manage cash reconciliation across sites. The role involves strong collaboration with clients and internal teams, fostering strong relationships and service excellence. The candidate should be experienced in teller and cash management operations, with proficiency in MS applications, strong communication, and time management skills, and a background in finance.

Key responsibilities
- Manage daily teller operations and outsourced staff at client locations and cash deposit centers
- Promote team retention and morale through effective supervision and motivation
- Cross-train staff to ensure seamless operations during absences
- Reduce cost of quality by improving training and streamlining workflows
- Control resource usage and manage overtime expenses
- Collaborate with other business units to ensure efficient workflows and goal alignment
- Hold regular meetings with staff and clients to maintain strong relationships
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes with admin and recruitment teams
- Ensure timely delivery of customer reports in accordance with SLAs
- Schedule tellers and maintain a reserve pool for support
- Support project and account teams during new bank/client setups
- Oversee daily cash reconciliation activities at CDC and teller sites
- Seek team input and encourage diverse perspectives for process improvement
- Continuously analyze and optimize business processes for efficiency
Experience & skills
- Have 3–4 years of relevant industry experience
- Hold a Diploma or Degree in Finance
- Be proficient in computer and Microsoft applications
- Possess excellent communication and time management skills
- Demonstrate strong skills in reporting, customer management, and performance management
