Job description
The Relationship Manager in Dubai is responsible for building, preserving, and strengthening relationships with clients, primarily Investor Landlords. The role involves understanding customer needs, promoting high-quality sales, supply, and customer service processes, and supporting the generation of new business opportunities. The Relationship Manager will manage property management agreements, oversee contract renewals, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, resolve customer complaints efficiently, and maintain awareness of market trends and competitors. The position requires knowledge of Dubai leasing terms, secondary market and off-plan sales processes, and the ability to implement data-driven, tech-first approaches in alignment with Keyper’s guiding principles and values.

Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, primarily Investor Landlords
- Assist in generating new business opportunities
- Identify opportunities for greater profits and revenue growth
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the client portfolio
- Promote high-quality sales, supply, and customer service processes
- Aim to preserve clients and renew contracts
- Approach potential clients to establish relationships and sign new Property Management Agreements
- Gain solid knowledge of competitors and market trends
Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in property management sales or brokerage
- Experience in Property Management Sales, Agreement, and Conversions
- Basic knowledge of Dubai leasing terms and procedures
- Basic knowledge of Sales, including Secondary Market and Off-Plan
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to implement data-driven and tech-first approaches in client relationship management
