Job description
The Business Support Administrator at EVMC in Qatar is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Clinical Services and Operations Manager. The role includes managing calendars, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, and handling confidential correspondence. The administrator will also prepare and proofread reports, presentations, strategic documents, memos, and operational updates. They will schedule clinical services and meetings, serve as the main liaison between the Operations Manager and internal/external stakeholders, and follow up on attendance and HR-related matters. Additional responsibilities include supporting financial reporting, managing recruitment processes, conducting staff onboarding, handling HR functions such as training, performance management, and exit procedures, and assisting with employee matters and HR event logistics. Proficiency in MS Office and strong written communication skills are essential; Arabic language skills are advantageous.

- Provide high-level administrative support to the Clinical Services and Operations Manager
- Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Handle confidential correspondence and follow up on approvals and requests

- Coordinate internal calendars and clinical service scheduling

- Conduct orientation and onboarding for new staff

Experience & skills
- High School diploma
- 2ā5 years of relevant full-time work experience
- Extensive administrative and clerical experience
- Excellent writing and editing skills for reports and communications
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Arabic proficiency is an advantage
