Job description
The position is responsible to plan, manage and execute delivery and ongoing development of Performance Management systems and the overall process of Performance Management. This includes managing PMS operations, evaluating effectiveness, analyzing data, supporting development initiatives like PIPs, and ensuring policy adherence across the organization.

Key responsibilities
- Managing and oversee all PMS related operation activities
- Recommending the effectiveness of PMS - System and process
- Ensure the PMS objectives and Measuring the Effectiveness
- Reviewing all PMS reports and summaries for the MIS to management
- Reviewing and approving of the schedule for the period and confirming the target audience
- Reviewing the learning feedback and assess the effectiveness of the learning activities
- Review all training and communication materials related to PMS
- Report Preparation
- Review all data of PMS (mid-year, year end and objectives) and provide feedback to Section Head
- System Testing
- Review the Library of Competencies with Head of Section on annual basis and provide feedback and recommendation
- Ensure the policy of Rating Bellcurve is adhere across the organization
- Identify the Poor rating PMS and collaborate with BP and Development team for the action plan (if required)
- PIP
